This friday at work my colleagues and I are having a fundraising day to raise money for the British Heart Foundation. This is a fantastic charity who look after those with heart conditions and help raise awareness of the importance of looking after your heart. My friends Kate, John and I are also doing a sponsored walk to work on Friday morning. In total we raised £271. Please remember to eat healthily & do some excercise to keep your heart happy :) Laura x
